Last week I was offered the chance to photograph a fun ride on farm land North of Grantham, in Lincolnshire. Scroll down for a link to the rest of the images.
The charity fundraiser gave groups of riders an opportunity to ride a route which gave them access to land they would not normally be allowed to explore. They also included the option of some optional jumping at the end.
Photographing riders like this one is always interesting, not least because of the wide range of types, sizes and ages of horses taking part, from ponies to hunters.
There are other fun rides taking place in the East Midlands in the weeks to come. Have a look at the event calendar in the Equestrian Resource Kit for more information and contact details of the organisers.
All the photos of the fun ride are available from my gallery here.
