British rider Helen Wilson (42) competed at Badminton in 2006 completing the event (despite being unseated) with Tip Top Tiger – the pair later completed Burghley. Helen works full time with horses working at the Billy Stud in Surrey. Last year with Badminton entry My Ernie she was 6^th in CCI at Blenheim.

Her mother competed internationally in dressage and eventing and sister competes in showjumping and eventing.

MY ERNIE (formerly Edento) owned by the rider is a 13-year-old Dutch-bred (KWPN registered) gelding. He is jumping bred being by the famous jumping sire CARDENTO out of a mare by CANTOS. He was acquired by Helen as a 3-year-old originally to hunt and he field mastered for the Surrey Union before taking up eventing at the age of 10. At the end of his second season he competed in the CCI3*L at Osberton and finished his third season last year being placed 6^th in the CCI at Blenheim. He is described as a ‘feral little beast who refuses to be caught’.

About Nico

I am an equine photographer, website designer and hosting provider living in Lincolnshire.

I work with clients who are sole traders and others which are FTSE companies. They are equally important to me.

If you need commercial photography, editorial photography, event photography, lifestyle, equestrian or wedding photography, then I can help you, with over 30 years experience in these areas.

I design, host and maintain websites for clients as varied as farms, interior designers and equestrian centres, as well as for bloggers and sportspeople, including many riders.

I am the Public Relations Officer for the Midlands Point-to-Point Association, a role which utilises my PR and social media skills to promote horse racing both online and in the National press.
