Peachy Belts are a leading brand, well known for their bold and brassy belt buckles and wide range of sumptuous leather belts to match.
Each year Peachy Belts commission me for a day-long shoot with a professional model to create the lifestyle images for the new catalogue and website. Every year we use a different venue, and this time around we were generously offered the use of a mutual friend's beautiful garden in Brooke, Rutland.
Our model was the brilliant Natasha Beardmore, from Industry Model Management, who have offices in Leeds and Manchester. Natasha was absolutely superb. Great fun to work with, but knew exactly when the test shots were done, the light levels were right, and the work had begun. I can't praise her enough for her range of expressions, natural smile and, above all, her patience. Thanks again, Natasha.
Each product was matched with a suitable outfit by Peachy's Boss, Zoe Gibson, with help from her daughter Harriet and Stylist and PR Justine Smiley-Jones. My job was then to match that outfit to an appropriate scene and background, maintaining a theme throughout the catalogue.
Being a strongly lit sunny day there were plenty of shadows about, so off-camera flash and reflectors were used throughout, with particular attention given to the diamante buckles to ensure there were specular highlights in the right places.
Many thanks to Rupert Gibson for the behind the scenes photos included below.
